Hi! I am Ava, and I am from San Antonio, Texas. I am very passionate about environmental conservation and enjoy volunteering at the zoo, hiking, and gardening. I also love staying active through the gym and doing cheerleading! I want to become a Water Challenge Ambassador because I want to protect local waterways in my community. Specifically, I want to focus on the San Antonio River and help remove and prevent pollutants from entering this important waterway. I hope that through this opportunity, I can truly help my city and the river that makes it so special.
