Kaitlen Vargas (she/they) is an undergraduate and senior at Texas A&M University, studying Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences with a minor in Ecosystem Sciences and Management. She is a Houston native who dedicates her time to community engagement through education and conflict reduction with sea turtles in the Gulf of Mexico. She wants to become a Water Challenge Ambassador in order to help youth cultivate a passion for water conservation and to inspire others to protect our water resources.
