This is Liam Hawig and I am from Carrollton, Georgia. I enjoy a mixture of physical activities along with academic and social events. I have my second degree black belt in Taekwondo and have been participating for more than five years, and with my current degrees allows me to teach young students. I run cross country and track and socially play pickleball, tennis, road and mountain bike and hike with friends and family. My mom is from Taiwan which I have traveled to many times where I like exploring the city, nature, cultural events and food.I want to be a Water Ambassador because I have long played in the local creek on our school campus and have learned about the wildlife and watched it change over time. My friends and I have enjoyed science and how it highlights natural beauty. I hope that I can raise awareness of the science piece that my community often overlooks.
