My name is Mizaan Khan, and I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am excited to join the Water Ambassador team, as I have always had an affinity for water, whether it be swimming and skiing or my favorite activity of fishing. Living close to both Lake Michigan (one of the largest sources of fresh water in the world) and three large rivers, I spend much of my time in the water, especially during the fall salmon runs. Over time, I have noticed more water pollution and other changes due to global warming, and I am hoping to create awareness and make a change for the better to preserve our natural water resources.
