Hello! My name is Sihang Chen, and I'm passionate about environmental chemistry. I was born in China and moved to the United States during my freshman year of high school.As an environmental chemistry enthusiast, I'm especially interested in how agricultural practices, such as compost overapplication, can contribute to algal blooms and how artificial intelligence can help address this issue. I'm also deeply involved in tutoring and creating educational resources.I decided to become a Water Challenge Ambassador because I want to learn how to monitor water quality more professionally and how to start environmental campaign in my local community. Through this opportunity, I look forward to further developing my leadership and communication skills while contributing to efforts that create practical solutions to real-world environmental problems.
