Xavier is a Water Challenge Ambassador who is a senior in high school in Minnesota. He is a member of Black in Marine Science, Minorities in Shark Science, National Association of Black Scuba divers, and of course GenSea. As a water Ambassador Xavier intends to raise awareness for the chemical health of the bodies of water in the state of Minnesota, known for it's abondance of rivers, lakes, and streams. He has helped rebuild oyster an oyster reef in St. James Nort Carolina and alongside a team of his fellow class mates, won fourth place in Minnesota's science bowl. In his future, Xavier intends to get a PHD in Marine Science and a minor in Musical Performance. He hopes to study the behavior and biology of Octopus. In his free time, Xavier enjoys playing viola for the Orchestra and chamber orchestras of his school and community.
